These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Ignite Your Future Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey.

By accessing our website, scheduling services, or engaging in consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided
Ignite Your Future Consulting, LLC provides educational and career consulting services, including but not limited to:
-Academic and educational guidance
-Career exploration and planning
-Application, resumé, and interview support
-Coaching, advising, and informational consulting
Services may be provided through virtual meetings, written materials, workshops, or other agreed-upon formats.

2. Professional Disclaimer (No Licensed Advice)
The services provided by the Company are educational and informational in nature only.
The Company does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice, and is not a licensed law firm, financial advisory firm, accounting firm, or mental health practice.

By using the Company’s services, you acknowledge and agree that:
-No attorney-client, financial advisor-client, therapist-client, or similar licensed professional relationship is created.
-Any guidance, recommendations, or information provided are not a substitute for advice from qualified, licensed professionals.
-You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the use of the Company’s services.
-The Company makes no guarantees regarding educational admissions, employment outcomes, compensation, promotions, or career advancement.
-You are encouraged to consult appropriate licensed professionals for matters requiring regulated expertise.

3. Client Responsibilities
-Clients agree to:
-Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
-Use services for lawful and legitimate purposes only
-Make independent decisions based on their own judgment
-Communicate respectfully and professionally
The Company is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information provided by the client.

4. Confidentiality
The Company treats client information shared during consulting engagements as confidential and uses it solely for the purpose of providing services, unless:
-Disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process; or
-The client provides express written consent.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or independently obtained without breach of these Terms.

5. Payments and Fees
Fees, payment schedules, and refund policies (if any) will be disclosed prior to the commencement of services.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or engagement.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to provide required notice may result in forfeiture of fees for missed sessions.

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Company, including written content, frameworks, templates, and methodologies, are the intellectual property of Ignite Your Future Consulting, LLC unless otherwise stated.
Clients may use materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law:
-The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of services.
-The Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. No Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information provided.

10. Services for Minors
Services may be provided to individuals under the age of 18 only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required. Services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for licensed counseling, therapy, or medical care.

11. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion for:
-Violation of these Terms
-Non-payment
-Abusive, inappropriate, or unethical conduct
Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
